We are The Little Food Company Ltd and this family owned business has been supplying a compact range of food and cleaning materials to the foodservice industry including many Schools around Shropshire, Cheshire, Runcorn and many parts of Wales for over 20 years.  Our business address is; Glovers Meadow, Maesbury Road, Oswestry, Shropshire SY10 8NH Office: Tel No: 01691 668004 .

  • Business partners for example; recommendations from financial services institutions, trade contacts, trade shows, trade publications of various types, or others who are a part of providing your products and services or operating our other businesses
  • From other sources such as Fraud Prevention Agencies, Credit Reference Agencies, publically available directories and information (for example, telephone directory, social media, internet, news articles).

We NEVER share your information with any third parties for any purposes other than listed below;

  • Governmental and regulatory bodies such as HMRC & other organisations and businesses who provide services to us such as debt recovery agencies, back up and server hosting providers, IT software and maintenance providers, document storage providers and suppliers of other back office functions, Credit Reference and Fraud Prevention Agencies.

Where we’re relying upon your consent to process business/personal data, you can withdraw this at any time by contacting us using the details at the end of this policy.

We’re based in the UK and as such it is highly unlikely that your business/personal information will be transferred outside the European Economic Area. If we needed to we would contact you separately beforehand.

To process your application, we may perform credit checks on your business/personal information with one or more credit reference agencies (CRAs). We may also make periodic searches at CRAs to manage your account with us. To do this we’ll supply your business/personal information to CRAs and they will give us information about you.

We’ll use this information to:

  • Assess your business’s creditworthiness and whether you can afford to take or supply the product
  • Prevent criminal activity, fraud and money laundering
  • Trace and recover debts

When CRAs receive a search from us they will place a search footprint on your credit file that may be seen by other lenders.

You should tell us in writing so that we can update our records using the details in the ‘Contact Us’ section of our website, by email or letter to your contact here at The Little Food Company Limited. We’ll then update your records.
